We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Saudi labor laws and be proficient in handling HR electronic systems. This role requires providing remote support to employees, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and optimizing HR digital processes.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
Manage employee records, contracts, and payroll processes in alignment with local regulations.
Stay updated on changes in Saudi labor regulations and provide guidance to management.
HR Systems & Digital Processes
Proficient in using HRMS, payroll systems, and government portals (e.g., GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad).
Manage electronic leave requests, attendance tracking, and performance evaluation tools.
Implement automated HR workflows to improve efficiency.
Employee Support & Remote Assistance
Provide virtual HR support to employees on company policies, benefits, and HR inquiries.
Assist employees with remote onboarding, training, and documentation.
Handle employee concerns and escalate complex cases when needed.
Recruitment & Talent Management
Support remote recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
Coordinate online interviews and assist in new hire integration.
Training & Development
Conduct virtual HR training sessions for employees and managers.
Provide guidance on performance management and career development.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, specifically handling Saudi labor laws and HR systems.
