HR Specialist

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a competent, passionate, and skilled HR Professional to join our HR Team. The person will be responsible for implementing HR policies and general administration functions while executing HR strategies in the areas of employee engagement, industrial relations, employee welfare, talent attraction, and HR analytics.

Educational / Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience of 2 to 4 years in the HR Department.

Location: Head Office - Dammam - Saudi Arabia

• Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Strong IT knowledge - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal negotiation skills.
• Teamwork and good relationship skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

• Creativity and ability to work under pressure and outside regular working hours if required, with a passionate attitude towards work.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
