Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Handle the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
• Supervise and support the team in handling various HR administrative tasks and dealing with government relations matters, mastering and proficiency in working on all related local Government Authorities and formal online platforms.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and benefits enrollment to keep the employee database system constantly updated.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits programs.
• Ensure company compliance with labor and social insurance laws related to all personnel matters.
• Assist in conducting internal HR audits and reviews to ensure HR data integrity and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations that may impact HR operations.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance overall HR efficiency.
• Follow up with employee contracts, renewals, resignations, and hiring documents to ensure that employee files are complete and accurate.
• Oversee the monthly attendance and consolidation reports to facilitate payroll preparations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated experience in HR operations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office programs, with Excel being a must.
• Professional level of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
