Job description

We are seeking a talented, results-oriented HR operations manager in Saudi Arabia, with a strong passion for customer focus, to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for working closely with the corporate HR team in China, HR business partner, and operation services suppliers, to ensure the company HR operations are at a high-performing, compliant level, with a continuous growing employee satisfaction rate in KSA; all within a fast-growing environment. You will have the opportunity to draw on your extensive knowledge of HR operations in developing corporate policy and strategy, and ensure smooth business operations through successful implementation of key process improvements.

Job Summary:

The HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR-related functions in compliance with both government and company regulations. This includes but is not limited to managing employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, probation periods), operating Saudi government websites, and handling iqama issuance and renewals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage onboarding, offboarding, and probation periods in line with company and government policies.
  2. Operate and manage Saudi government websites for various HR functions (GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, MOL Abshar, MOFA, etc.).
  3. Support Saudization management in KSA, monitoring the Saudization rate.
  4. Handle iqama issuance, renewals, and cancellations.
  5. Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company regulations.
  6. Maintain internal HR systems and ensure employee-related data accuracy.
  7. Work with HR service suppliers (including but not limited to outsourcing, VISA vendors) to perform within the agreed SLA and employee satisfaction rate.
  8. Synchronize HR operation-related work regularly with the corporate HR team in China.
  9. Support the HR operation strategy, performance level, and contribute to continuous improvement projects in KSA, in line with the corporate HR strategy.
  10. Join or lead cross-team HR projects and operations as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. Excellent skills in oral and written English.
  3. 5+ years of HR operation experience, working in a medium to high employee volume, fast-growing business.
  4. Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  5. Self-driven, with a desire to work in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment.
  6. Structured in thinking and communication. Diplomatic with a proven ability to build relationships across functions/regions. Preferred to have experience working across cultures.
  7. Data acumen; able to dive deep into the HR operation process as needed to identify issues and diagnose root causes effectively.
  8. Emphasis on continuous improvement.
  9. Project experience is preferred. Knowledge of other fields of HR is a great plus.
