We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Human Resources professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
Supporting and participating in all recruitment processes, including collecting applications, facilitating candidate assessments (written tests and interviews), negotiations, offering, and employment contracts.
Lead all recruitment processes in coordination with hiring managers.
Prepare the induction framework by coordinating with all relevant departments to provide full inductions to new staff (local, expatriate, regional staff).
Review job description formats, cross-check with salary grades and position classification frameworks.
Communicate the outcomes of interviews and process recruitment paperwork for approval.
Send job offers verbally and in writing to successful candidates and notify unsuccessful candidates.
Check Bridger for anti-terrorism compliance and forward questions from unsuccessful candidates to hiring managers.
Coordinate logistical arrangements for new staff to ensure they receive adequate information about the organization and its systems, policies, procedures, work desk, computer, email address, insurances, etc.
Ensure that probations for new staff are set and assessed properly and on time.
Ensure that all required documents are collected from new staff, including degrees, ID cards, marriage certificates (if married), bank account information, etc.
Serve as a point of contact for all employee questions.
Keep track of all ongoing recruitments.
Participate as an interview panel member as requested.
Ensure recruitment forms and other supporting documents are approved, including budgets.
