Job Description
- Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the unique cultural and legal landscape of Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent that aligns with the project’s objectives.
- Facilitate employee training programs that enhance skill development and promote career growth within the organization.
- Oversee employee relations by addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment that encourages open communication.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards while respecting cultural nuances.
- Implement performance management systems that accurately assess employee contributions and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support workforce planning and talent management strategies to optimize team performance and project execution.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with Saudi regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong understanding of labor laws in Saudi Arabia.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, ideally within the construction, engineering, or oil and gas sectors.
- Experience in multicultural team environments, with a proven ability to navigate cultural sensitivities effectively.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, enabling seamless communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess HR metrics and make data-driven decisions that enhance workforce performance.
- Proficient in HR software and tools, demonstrating technical aptitude in managing digital HR systems.
