HR Manager – Lifestyle Venue, KSA!

We are excited to be working with a forward-thinking lifestyle company that aims to make a significant impact in KSA and beyond.

The HR Manager will provide a full range of human resource advisory and support consistent with legal requirements while ensuring HR best practices are followed.

The role requires a hands-on approach, with expertise in onboarding, visa processes, and pre-opening practices.

This position will be based in Jeddah, where you will be responsible for setting up the HR department.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven minimum 8+ years working experience as an HR executive to HOD level
• Fluent in written and verbal English; Arabic preferred
• Previous background in hospitality, F&B, leisure, or retail preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a small team and adapt to various work approaches
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Experience in the region is essential; preference given to Saudi nationals due to Saudization
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Salary Package Offered: SAR25-35k pm NEG
