Our Client: A well-established FMCG business in the Middle East has an exciting newly created opportunity for an HR Manager to lead the HR function for the Saudi business based in Riyadh.

Your Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, including managing the full recruitment cycle, job postings, interviewing, and selection.
2. Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
4. Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
5. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
6. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure they are competitive and cost-effective.
7. Assist with compensation planning and salary reviews.
8. Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Your Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
2. Minimum of 8 years of HR experience and proven leadership and management experience is essential.
3. FMCG/manufacturing industry experience is an advantage, but not essential.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
