HR Manager

A leading Multi-National organization is currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR Function in KSA - Dammam.

Managing a team of 10 people, this individual will also be required to liaise effectively at Director Level.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement and coordinate policies and programs
2. Partner with various departments such as Finance, Legal and Compliance
3. Counsel managers on HR policies
4. Help to meet Nationalization targets
5. Talent Management and Succession Planning
6. Retention and Employee Relations

Requirements:

1. This position is open to Saudi Nationals Only
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3. 8 years HR experience
4. Generalist background
5. Experience in Heavy Industry essential - Engineering, Construction, Oil & Gas etc.
6. People management skills
