Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Modifying HR laws and regulations to enhance the work culture of the company.
  2. Develop and monitor annual departmental budget, goals and objectives and annual operational work plan for the department.
  3. Utilizing offline and online techniques to segregate information of the workforce as per requirement.
  4. Oversee and manage all recruiting within the business.
  5. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  6. Manage all staff review processes, including KPI and Performance Management.
