We are seeking an HR Specialist for one of our clients.
- Manage all the Governmental websites.
- Manage and administer HR processes, including employee onboarding and off-boarding.
- Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Summarize HR data.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers on manpower planning and hiring, determining selection criteria.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team.
- Utilize all available methods to source suitable candidates to fill open job vacancies.
- Pre-screen candidates, ensuring they meet role requirements.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
Experience: 2-4 Years.
