Job Summary You will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our Human Resources department. Your focus will be onmaintaining attendance and leave trackers, preparing reports, updating databases, and collaborating with other HRteams to improve our operational processes.In addition to administrative duties, you will also play a key role in managing payments and invoices related to vendors.
Job Objectives • Ensure the accuracy of the HR Database and records. • Handle all purchasing orders, payments, and invoices from vendors. • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the operation processes. • Address employee requests related to HR Operations and address/direct them to the relevant teams within SLAs. • Prepare and maintain employment files and records. • Maintain the accuracy of the trackers, employee master data, and PO (Purchasing Order) system. • Maintain updated versions of all forms, formats, and templates for all HR functions. • Coordinate and prepare logistics/arrangements etc. for employee engagement activities. • Administrate and maintain accurately employees benefits such as (Flight booking, Business trip advances, recognition, gifting, etc.) • Follow up with the Government Relation Officer to complete the renewal process for required company documents. • Compare the payments and the timeline of the service received to ensure its compatibility.
Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration • 0 - 2 years of experience in field of operations and administration. • Good Command of English in both skills written and speaking. • Knowledge of office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically). • Familiarity with using spreadsheets. • A team player with a high level of dedication
