As an HR Director at AlBorg Diagnostics, you will play a critical role in building and nurturing a talented and engaged workforce.

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Director to lead our HR function. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with senior management to drive a culture of employee engagement, talent development, and performance excellence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives
  2. Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR operations
  3. Partner with senior management to develop and execute talent management strategies, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development
  4. Drive a culture of employee engagement and ensure effective communication throughout the organization
  5. Advise and support managers on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  7. Implement and maintain HR systems and processes to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency
  8. Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and introduce innovative ideas and initiatives to enhance HR practices

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is preferred
  2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives
  4. Thorough knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
  5. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  7. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and influence decision-making
  8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
  9. High level of integrity and confidentiality
  10. Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software
