We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our team based in Riyadh HQ, Saudi.

Responsibilities

As a HR Business partner, your daily workload might include:

1. Act as an advisor to managers on all people-related matters
2. Collaborate with business units to understand their goals and translate them into HR priorities
3. Drive Talent management / OD related initiatives
4. Lead performance management cycles, ensuring fair and constructive feedback and development plans
5. Be the first point of contact to provide guidance on employee relations issues, labour law compliance, and disciplinary matters, particularly within Saudi Arabia
6. Partner with the L&D team to build and implement training plans that enhance skills and capabilities
7. Contribute to HR policy development and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
8. Support organizational design, change management, and workforce planning efforts
9. Use HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
