Job description

Responsible for developing, refining, and implementing the HR Business Partner strategy, initiatives, and departmental goals to drive alignment with overall business objectives

Collaborate with leadership to design HR strategies that drive business success and scalability

Align HR initiatives with departmental goals, ensuring synergy and coherence across functions

Manage employee relations, providing guidance on conflict resolution, grievances, and maintaining a positive work environment

Advise managers on fair and consistent application of disciplinary actions and policy adherence

Support managers in performance reviews, goal-setting, and continuous feedback to enhance team productivity

Assist in developing individual performance plans to address skill gaps and promote growth

Use data insights to support decision-making, reporting on trends like turnover, engagement, and performance

Ensure adherence to labor laws, minimizing legal risks through proactive compliance management

Maintain up-to-date HR policies that align with business needs and legal standards

Streamline HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Lead initiatives to boost morale, organizing surveys and events to foster a positive culture

Collaborate on employee training programs that enhance skills and promote career growth

Work with HR teams to deliver integrated strategies supporting the employee experience

Use HR data and analytics to support strategic decision-making, identify trends, and drive improvements in HR practices

Prepare insightful reports on metrics such as turnover, engagement, and performance

Act as a key advisor in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievances, to maintain a positive work culture

Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with departmental and organizational objectives to drive cohesion, efficiency, and long-term growth

Serve as a go-to contact for resolving conflicts between employees, focusing on collaborative solutions to prevent escalation and maintain a positive work environment

Serve as a key point of contact for resolving issues and supporting employee relations

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is a preferred.

Experience

  • 7-10+ years of experience in HR business partnership, strategic HR management, or related roles.

Skills

  • Strong ability to develop and implement strategies and execute long-term operational plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Skilled in addressing and resolving high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to lead HR initiatives that align with and support business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple HR projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Ability to interpret HR metrics and make informed decisions based on data insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Fluent in English.
