Job Title: HR Business Partner
Job Description:
Train and mentor line managers to conduct performance review meetings and training needs analysis, while ensuring all job holders understand their responsibilities and KPIs.
Work on performance appraisal and employee reward and benefits to develop a culture that drives high performance.
Coordinate with line managers, Senior HRBP, and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to set manpower plans, budgets, succession plans, P&L, and turnover and retention plans, providing guidance on business unit restructures.
Align with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure a smooth and accurate recruitment process on system and on actual ground.
Work with the line managers on the annual vacation plan of all employees in the station.
Initiate and implement new ideas to enhance employee motivation and engagement while improving staff relations.
Manage, develop and empower the station HR team and ensure proper execution of the work process.
Set KPIs for the HR team and evaluate performance annually.
Assist in implementing the company HR strategy and oversee the workflow in the HR department.
Participate with the Senior HRBP to analyze market benchmarks and make recommendations on Compensation and Benefits.
Conduct, review and approve station Performance reviews on time and ensure all roles KPIs are measurable and updated.
Consolidate station business and training needs to create a training plan in line with the budget, work and follow up with the training team to ensure objectives are met and updated.
Work with the station manager on continuously increasing employee engagement, satisfaction, and wellbeing programs.
Align with Senior HRBP for the requirement of new roles and responsibilities and positions and ensure that they are created in line with HR authority matrix.
Ensure the application of corporate HR policies are in line with labor laws, coordinating with the PRO team to implement and update all government requirements.
Lead the implementation of any HR system or new corporate HR initiatives.
Achieve the required Saudization target and work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the right fit is hired.
Work with the station manager on increasing employee engagement, satisfaction, and wellbeing programs.
Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is often preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on business partnering, HR Operations, strategic planning, or talent management.
Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and Saudi Labor laws.
Familiarity with performance management, compensation, and talent development strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office.
