ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) aligns HR processes with business objectives to support a compliant, efficient, and engaging workplace. This role involves a range of HR responsibilities, including employee file management, collaboration with the Government Relations Officer for iqama and visa processing, and HR system maintenance. The HRBP will oversee the accuracy and completeness of employee profiles and financial records within the HR system, as well as organize staff events to enhance team morale and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Partnership & Consultation: Act as a strategic partner to business units, ensuring HR initiatives align with business objectives. Provide guidance on employee relations matters to promote a positive and compliant workplace. Advise managers on HR policies and practices to maintain consistency across teams.
- Employee File Management & Compliance: Maintain and update employee personal files, ensuring complete documentation, including contracts, salary sheets, and related records. Safeguard the confidentiality and secure storage of employee files in line with legal and school requirements.
- Government Relations & Documentation Support: Collaborate with the Government Relations Officer to assist with iqama, visa processing, and renewals. Prepare necessary documents for Ajeer contracts, employment contracts, and salary sheets, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and compliant.
- HR System Management: Review and maintain employee profiles and financial records in the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Regularly audit employee information in the HR system, updating records as necessary to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Employee Requests & Support: Respond to and resolve employee inquiries related to personal documents, benefits, and other administrative needs. Work with relevant departments to support employees and expedite request handling.
- Staff Events & Group Projects: Plan and execute team-building activities, staff events, and company celebrations to foster engagement and strengthen workplace culture.
- Other Responsibilities: Track HR metrics to support continuous improvement and data-driven decisions. Contribute to special HR projects as directed by the HR Director. Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and regulatory updates to ensure compliance and innovative HR solutions.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, AND CORE SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or HR system management.
- Familiarity with iqama, visa processes, and employment contract management.
- Experience managing and auditing data in HR information systems.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and document management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification preferred.
