Contributing to the onboarding process of newly hired employees.
Assisting with recruiting needs, including the senior management recruitment process, and preparing job offers for selected candidates as needed.
Building talent pipelines for future project initiatives and requirements, communicating with international manpower companies to supply candidates for suggested jobs, and issuing electronic delegations through the Enjaz website.
Coordinating with all departments to ensure employee information is up-to-date.
