- Supporting daily administrative and HR duties.
- Assisting HR manager with data entry, record maintenance, payroll processing, and providing clerical support to the HR team.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Coordinate orientation of newly hired employees, handle new hire paperwork, and assist with workstation setup.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Support benefits enrollment and address benefits-related inquiries.
- Prepare HR documents and maintain an organized filing system.
- Handle inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on labor laws and ensure HR processes align with regulations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, HR or admin experience, familiarity with HR software.
