Job Description Overview

Responsibilities

  1. Handle HR projects' material as per projects timelines
  2. Timely submission of projects invoices to Finance
  3. Conduct investigations
  4. Support in driving internal communication agenda
  5. Run the daily/monthly operation of the training department
  6. Communicate training details with employees
  7. Administer training nominations and training registration (invitation acceptance)
  8. Manage training logistics (booking of training rooms, sending information to participants, etc.)
  9. Follow up and ensure invoices are received on a quarterly basis, signatures obtained, and submitted to Finance
  10. Conduct quarterly/monthly analysis for attended vs. invited, feedback provided by participants and trainers, etc.
  11. Highlight all challenges with potential improvements and propose solutions
  12. Document employee training hours and keep training records updated
  13. Send monthly scorecard to HRBP
  14. Manage all attendance and overtime activities
  15. Employee SAP creation
  16. Create HR POs/PRs and ensure proper release
  17. Vendor registration
  18. Perform other duties as directed by the department manager

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor Degree
  2. 3-5 years experience in Personnel and Human Resource Dept.
  3. Strong negotiation skills
  4. Strong interpersonal skills
  5. Very good English and Arabic language skills
