HR Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, possessing a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on onboarding and offboarding processes, managing visas and residency for expats, government HR-related portals, and HR data analysis using advanced tools.


Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  2. Coordinate orientation sessions, prepare onboarding materials, benefits enrollment, and facilitate introductions to key team members.
  3. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement onboarding and offboarding best practices.
  4. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of onboarding and offboarding tasks.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
  6. Handle the management of visas and Iqamas for expatriate employees.
  7. Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, and other relevant documentation.
  8. Manage government HR-related portals, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required documents.
  9. Conduct HR data analysis to identify trends and provide insights.
  10. Create and present HR reports and dashboards using advanced analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  11. Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees on HR-related topics.
  12. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations.
  13. Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
  14. Oversee the offboarding process for departing employees.

Experience and Education Required:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles.
  3. Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  5. Experience with HR-related software applications and data analysis tools.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Knowledge of statistical methods and key HR metrics.
  8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  9. Attention to detail and accuracy in HR documentation and processes.
  10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  11. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  12. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
