Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and offboarding.
  2. Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  3. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
  4. Coordinate with outsourced staff and client teams for HR-related matters.
  5. Administration:
  6. Oversee office administration, including facility management and vendor coordination.
  7. Manage visa processing, renewals, and other government-related formalities.
  8. Maintain accurate employee and office records.
  9. Policy Implementation:
  10. Implement HR policies and procedures tailored to KSA regulations.
  11. Monitor compliance with company-wide policies, including anti-slavery and ethical practices.
  12. Employee Engagement:
  13. Foster a positive work culture by organizing engagement initiatives.
  14. Act as a point of contact for all employees in Riyadh for HR and administrative queries.
  15. Reporting and Coordination:
  16. Prepare periodic HR and administrative reports for management.
  17. Collaborate with the corporate HR and Operations teams in UAE and India.
