HR & Admin Officer
Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
- Coordinate with outsourced staff and client teams for HR-related matters.
- Administration:
- Oversee office administration, including facility management and vendor coordination.
- Manage visa processing, renewals, and other government-related formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee and office records.
- Policy Implementation:
- Implement HR policies and procedures tailored to KSA regulations.
- Monitor compliance with company-wide policies, including anti-slavery and ethical practices.
- Employee Engagement:
- Foster a positive work culture by organizing engagement initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for all employees in Riyadh for HR and administrative queries.
- Reporting and Coordination:
- Prepare periodic HR and administrative reports for management.
- Collaborate with the corporate HR and Operations teams in UAE and India.
