Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing CVs, and coordinating interviews.
Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring all documentation complies with Saudi labor law.
Assist with visa processing, renewal of work permits (Iqama), and other government-related documentation.
Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and other HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Stay updated on Saudi labor law changes and assist in implementing necessary adjustments.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Oversee office supply procurement and ensure availability of necessary items for daily operations.
Process office expense reimbursements in a timely manner.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office-related services and maintain good relationships.
Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation for easy access and compliance.
Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation for employees.
Manage correspondence, such as incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and emails.
Support the implementation of health and safety measures in the workplace.
Skills:
Nationality: Saudi (This position is designated for Saudi nationals only, in accordance with local Saudization policy and project compliance requirements)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
Candidates with deep understanding of local culture, labor laws, and administrative requirements, preferably Saudi nationals.
1-3 years of experience in HR or administration.
Proficient in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
