We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our establishment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow
Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control measures
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Train new staff and provide ongoing support to the housekeeping team
Handle guest complaints and special requests related to housekeeping services
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in line with regulations and company policies
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality management
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Proficiency in housekeeping management software and MS Office suite
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and hospitality industry standards
Understanding of health and safety regulations in the hospitality sector
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field and relevant certifications preferred
