Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Operate administration computer software applications.
  2. Maintain technical documentation including standard operating procedures and user guides.
  3. Operate scanner and copying machines.
  4. Receive requests either by phone call or walk-in for work requests, Corrective Maintenance Work Order (CMWO), and other additional work.
  5. Generate preventive maintenance instructions (PMI) as per schedule.
  6. Perform other assigned tasks as instructed.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Administrative, Secretarial or equivalent course.
  2. Good written and spoken English.
  3. Not more than 50 years old.

EXPERIENCE:

  1. Minimum 2 years experience in office administration. Basic knowledge of computer administrative software applications.
