Delegates to and supervises all staff within the Department and assists them in preparing work schedules.
Conforms to and enforces policies & procedures and rules & regulations as laid down by ACCOR and the hotel to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
Performs special duties as required by the Guest Service Manager.
Ensures that all guestrooms, function rooms, public areas, back of the house areas, and their surroundings conform to the hotel standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and orderliness.
Inspects hotel rooms and premises regularly; ensures that furnishings, facilities, and equipment are cleaned.
