Hotel Maintenance Engineer vacancy in Tarut Saudi Arabia

Position: Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Perform general maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality and safety standards are achieved and maintained.
2. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
3. Follow and enforce procedures that ensure the security of inventory such as tools, supplies, equipment, furniture, televisions, etc.
4. Replenish supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing waste.
5. Analyze problems and formulate plans to get work done quickly, including procurement of materials and parts with a high degree of quality.
6. Monitor efficiency of equipment and electrical systems such as air conditioning controls, guest entrance/access doors, television sets, and lighting systems, making minor repairs and/or replacements to ensure proper operation and maximum efficiency.
