Key Responsibilities

• Provides safe therapeutic nursing care to patients at their homes.
• Assesses, plans, implements, reevaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with departmental policies and standards of professional nursing practice.
• Uses specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide, and evaluate care appropriate to the patient's case, needs, and problems while complying with high standards.
• Functions as a member of the nursing and interdisciplinary health care team.
• Integrates theoretical nursing knowledge into nursing practice.
• Adheres to nursing procedures in the delivery of nursing care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse in KSA.
• Dialysis experience of not less than a year.
• Work experience of more than 1 year.
• Good communication skills and commitment.
• Preferred to be ICU nurse.
