Hiring Saudi National - Finance Associate

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

BSc in Finance required, Master's in Finance is preferred, CFA will be an asset.

Fresh post-graduate or 2+ years of experience.

Relevant experience in infrastructure/project finance with international banks, developers/investors/fund, or similar financial and corporate advisory institutions will be an asset.

Transaction Delivery & Project Management

1. Support delivery of high-quality advisory outputs under team lead guidance, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
2. Build expertise in financial modeling, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and project finance compliance.
3. Conduct valuations, due diligence, and investment analysis to assess business opportunities.
4. Analyze commercial and contractual aspects of project financing structures.
5. Assist in developing client solutions through research and analysis.
6. Collaborate in diverse, multicultural teams and contribute to client reports, presentations, and memorandums.
7. Participate in stakeholder negotiations, including banks, contractors, and institutions.
