A semi-government hospital in Taif, is hiring the Healthcare/Hospital HR Manager.
Job Summary:

The Healthcare/Hospital HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the hospital, ensuring that the organization complies with labor laws and regulations applicable to both the private and government healthcare sectors. The role requires the development and implementation of HR strategies to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development. The successful candidate will have experience managing HR functions in both private and government healthcare settings, ensuring the hospital’s workforce meets both operational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and strategies tailored to the needs of the hospital, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and healthcare regulations in both the private and government sectors.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that staffing levels meet operational needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and mediate disputes, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems and ensure they align with hospital objectives and sector-specific regulations.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with mandatory healthcare standards.
  • Ensure compliance with government and private sector employment regulations, including healthcare-specific licensing and certifications.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits, ensuring competitiveness within both sectors.
  • Lead workforce planning and ensure the hospital’s staffing strategy supports both short- and long-term operational goals.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring they comply with both sector-specific requirements and general labor laws.
  • Work closely with management to forecast HR needs and develop long-term strategies for talent acquisition and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (such as SHRM or CIPD) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Experience working in both private and government healthcare sectors is essential.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and healthcare regulations in both private and government sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Language: Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼14,000.00 - ﷼25,000.00 per month
