We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our team of technicians. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the ongoing care and maintenance of landscapes installed, ensuring the development and continuous improvement of the dark store's workflow, implementation of norms and other basic systems.

Location: Saudi Arabia

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Arabic

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Manage and develop a team of technicians.
3. Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
