Health Safety Environment Supervisor

OFFSHORE SAFETY SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide professional support to ensure that all activities carried out on-board Saipem site/field/vessels (including Offshore Rigs) are conducted in strict accordance with Saipem / Saudi Aramco HSE Standards, applicable local legislation, International Standards (ISO14001 and ISO 45001).
2. Provide specialist advice to the Vessel Management Team and workforce in general for interpretation and implementation of the applicable HSE Procedures.
3. Ensure effective implementation of Life Saving Rules.
4. Liaise with HSE or QHSE Divisions functions, operating companies, and project teams in order to ensure compliance with standards and procedures on site/field/vessels.
5. Support the Vessel Management Team and the workforce in the HSE Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis.
6. Assist the Vessel Management Teams in the Risk Management process (i.e. implementation of Risk Control Measures).
7. Deliver HSE training.
8. Take part in Accident / Incident investigations.
9. Coordinate the activities of the HSE Officers.
10. Ensure the correct reporting of HSE data and monitoring of corrective actions.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. Offshore Experience of 2 years minimum.
3. Onshore Experience of 7+ years minimum.
4. NEBOSH IGC.
5. ASP/CSP/GSP or CRSP or OHST/CHST or MIIRSM/FIIRSM or TECHIOSH/CERTIOSH/CMIOSH.
6. Previous Saudi Aramco offshore approval preferable.
7. BOSIET, H2S.
8. BLS, First Aid from American Heart / Saudi Heart Association.
