Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health & Hygiene & Risk Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive health, hygiene, and risk management strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and stakeholders.


  1. Develop and implement health, hygiene, and safety policies and procedures aligned with local and international regulations
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential health and safety hazards
  3. Oversee the implementation of hygiene standards across all company facilities and operations
  4. Manage and coordinate emergency response plans and procedures
  5. Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on health, hygiene, and safety performance metrics
  6. Lead training programs to educate employees on health and safety best practices
  7. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging risks to proactively address potential issues
  9. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of health, hygiene, and safety
  10. Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders

Qualifications


  1. Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Environmental Health, or a related field
  2. Relevant certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
  3. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in health, hygiene, and risk management roles
  4. Proven track record in developing and implementing effective health and safety policies
  5. Strong knowledge of local and international health and safety regulations, including Saudi Arabian standards
  6. Expertise in risk assessment methodologies and risk mitigation strategies
  7. Proficiency in data analysis and report writing
  8. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  9. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
  10. Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Office and specialized risk management tools
  11. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  12. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  13. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
