The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

• Develop and provide guidance, standards, and activities related to health and wellbeing.
• Develop and agree on an annual health & wellbeing delivery plan to meet client's strategy and objectives.
• Support delivery plans with input and expertise.
• Influence, build, maintain, and strengthen stakeholder relationships; lead and develop teams when applicable.
• Monitor and report on performance, offering advice, guidance, and expertise as needed.
• Execute delivery plans, programs, and projects ensuring timely and budgeted delivery.
• Deliver continuous improvements through best practices and lessons learned; drive transformational change.
• Identify, assess, manage, and mitigate risks relating to health and wellbeing.
• Lead health and wellbeing initiatives across the business, identify new pathways and programs, and evolve digital technologies.

• You will be responsible for project budgets and ensure operations are fiscally and ethically viable and meet organisational and legislative compliance obligations.
• You will support the operations director and other senior stakeholders to directly influence the long-term development of strategy for a function or business unit (BU), creating a sustainable business future.

You’ll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Proven experience leading and managing health and wellbeing in a large complex organisation and achieving results.
• Advanced knowledge and application of relevant legislation.
• Knowledge of health and wellbeing best practices and implementation.
• Excellent industry/health and wellbeing field connections.
• Experience of setting policy and standards.
• Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
• Ability to manage, coach, and develop teams and individuals.
• Large programme management experience.
• Communication and presenting skills.
• Client-facing experience.
• Relevant degree qualification.
• Current recognised HSE qualification.
