Head Waiter (Captain) Job Description:
Manage and supervise a team of waitstaff to ensure efficient and high-quality service is provided to guests. Train and mentor new staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards. Create and maintain a positive work environment for the waitstaff, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic. Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and providing recommendations on menu items. Ensure all food and beverage orders are accurately entered and delivered to guests in a timely manner. Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Manage inventory and supplies for the waitstaff. Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures. Assist with special events and private dining reservations as needed.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Good English language skills, Arabic is a plus
