Your Role – International, Challenging, and Future-Oriented!

• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers across Siemens’ portfolio, including Switchgear, Protection Control, SAS, and Turnkey Solutions.
• Oversee and optimize team utilization, ensuring effective resourcing according to business needs.
• Take full control of project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and financial performance.
• Provide execution risk and opportunity reports for discussion with leadership.
• Continuously refine project delivery practices and enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee the claim and change order management process in line with Siemens standards.
• Ensure adherence to PM@Siemens guidelines and EHS standards for all site activities.
• Lead reviews with Practice Leadership and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage project financials to ensure alignment with company forecasts and budgets.
• Supervise staffing of resources across projects and ensure necessary training for team members.

Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from a reputable institution.
• 15-20 years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects, especially in Switchgear, Protection Control, SAS, and Turnkey Solutions.
• PMP or PM@Siemens certification is required.
• Experience leading diverse teams and managing resource allocation.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) with excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to oversee project financials, margins, cost control, and performance reporting.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and navigate ambiguity.
