Head of PMO – Fintech (Arabic Speaker)

We are seeking an experienced Head of PMO to lead and optimize project delivery for a fast-growing fintech company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the PMO strategy, ensuring efficient project execution across the organization.
• Implement project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and align projects with business goals.
• Manage risk, compliance, and resource allocation for optimal performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, driving excellence in execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience leading a PMO within the fintech or financial services sector.
• Must be fluent in Arabic
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
