Stake is the MENA regions most exciting real estate fintech company, combining real estate expertise and innovative financial technology to deliver products that empower everyone to own and build wealth through Real Estate. Launched in 2021 we have grown rapidly, leveraging decades of experience in technology, financial services and global real estate, to launch the MENA regions first mobile app for fractional real estate investing.

This is just the beginning and were currently searching for highly talented individuals to join and help lead our expansion into international markets and new business lines.

The Marketing Team

Our dynamic marketing team are brand builders, lead generators, and content creators!

As we scale in KSA, we are looking for an experienced, strategic, and brand-focused Head of Marketing - Saudi Arabia to drive our growth and establish Stake as the most trusted and recognised real estate investment platform in the Kingdom.

What you'll do:

  1. Brand leadership & market strategy
    • Define and execute Stake's brand positioning in Saudi Arabia, ensuring strong local relevance while aligning with global brand guidelines.
    • Develop and own a strategic marketing roadmap focused on brand building, influencer marketing, and offline activations to drive awareness and engagement.
    • Conduct in-depth market research and audience segmentation to refine Stake's messaging and positioning, ensuring alignment with the evolving real estate investment landscape.
    • Establish Stake as a Saudi-first brand while ensuring messaging, tone, and visuals are localized and culturally relevant.
  2. Influencer & community building
    • Develop and lead Stake's influencer marketing program, identifying high-impact influencers, financial thought leaders, and local personalities who align with our brand values.
    • Build long-term relationships with influencers and manage large-scale influencer collaborations to drive trust, engagement, and user acquisition.
    • Oversee content creation strategies in collaboration with influencers, ensuring authenticity and alignment with Saudi audience preferences.
    • Track and report on influencer campaign performance, ensuring data-driven decisions and optimisation of spend for strong ROI.
  3. Offline marketing & brand activations
    • Identify, plan, and execute strategic offline marketing initiatives, including sponsorships, brand activations, and experiential campaigns that strengthen Stake's presence in Saudi Arabia.
    • Own the events strategy, ensuring participation in key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to elevate brand credibility and generate leads.
    • Partner with real estate developers, financial institutions, and ecosystem stakeholders to create co-branded opportunities and joint marketing campaigns.
    • Develop out-of-home (OOH) advertising strategies, including billboards, radio, and traditional media, ensuring alignment with digital marketing efforts.
  4. Social media & content strategy
    • Oversee the execution of a high-impact social media strategy, ensuring Stake dominates conversations across relevant Saudi platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, X, YouTube).
    • Lead a localized content strategy that balances educational, aspirational, and community-driven storytelling.
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance, identifying trends, optimizations, and opportunities for growth.
  5. Performance & data-driven marketing
    • Track brand awareness, engagement, and campaign effectiveness, ensuring optimisation and ROI-driven decision-making.
    • Work closely with product marketing, growth, and the global UAE team to ensure that marketing initiatives are driving real business impact.
    • Monitor Saudi market trends, competitor movements, and consumer insights to inform ongoing strategy.
  6. Compliance & cross-functional collaboration
    • Ensure that all marketing campaigns and initiatives are fully compliant with the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) regulations.
    • Act as a key liaison between Saudi marketing and the global marketing team, ensuring synergy and alignment in brand positioning and strategy execution.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with 4 years in leadership managing a team ideally from a start-up environment in the fintech sector.
  • Deep expertise in positioning, brand activations, and offline marketing - you know how to create impact beyond digital performance campaigns.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory with an understanding of written Saudi colloquial and white Arabic.
  • Must be either a Saudi national, or have been working in KSA for a minimum of 10 years.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi consumer behaviour, cultural trends, and media landscape, including a pulse on KSA's fintech and real estate sectors.
  • Experience managing agency relationships, from creative production to influencer collaborations.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience in tracking campaign performance, optimising budgets, and driving ROI.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset - able to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with shifting priorities. Must be comfortable with changes and pivots.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage teams and external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
