The Head of Marketing leads the company's overall marketing strategy to build brand awareness, increase user acquisition, and drive engagement across all business verticals. This role oversees the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
Oversee the creation, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, social, and traditional media.
Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Lead the development and positioning of the brand to ensure consistency and alignment with the company's mission.
Manage the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
Oversee the performance of the digital marketing team, ensuring high-quality execution of online strategies.
Coordinate with the creative team to produce engaging and effective marketing content.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and platforms.

Educational and Professional Requirements:
11-15 years of experience in marketing roles, including leadership positions.
Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of brand strategy and multi-channel marketing.

Skilled in leveraging emerging trends and technologies to enhance marketing campaigns.
