Head of Legal - Makkah Al Mukarramah - Arab National Bank

The Head of Legal will oversee the Company's legal and contracts function, providing concise legal guidance to all departments. This role involves assisting with external negotiations, creating and reviewing documents with legal implications, and developing junior legal staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and amend all documentation used within the company.
• Prepare and process contractual documents required by the company in its business activities.
• Stay up-to-date with laws and procedures relevant to the company's operations.
• Provide timely and practical legal advice to all departments as needed.
• Develop and oversee systems ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Negotiate with business partners, contractors, and consultants as required.
• Manage outsourcing of legal services when necessary.
• Conduct litigation and arbitration work as needed.
• Research and monitor relevant legal frameworks advising the company accordingly.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university, LLM preferred. Licensed to practice Law in Saudi Arabia. 12+ years of experience in a similar industry. Bilingual English & Arabic.
