An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Saudi Maintenance and Supply Chain Management Company (SMSCMC). SMSCMC was created as a Saudi Arabian joint venture company co-owned by BAE Systems and local shareholders to deliver KSA industrialisation of supply chain management and thereby support Saudi Vision 2030. Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing IT strategies and plans that align with the organization's objectives and goals.
• Service Management: Ensuring effective IT service delivery by establishing and maintaining IT service management processes and frameworks, such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
• Compliance Management: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to IT service management and data privacy, such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
• IT Governance: Establishing and enforcing IT governance policies and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient use of IT resources.
• Budget Management: Managing the IT budget, including planning, monitoring, and controlling IT expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of IT professionals, including recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Vendor Management: Managing relationships with IT vendors and service providers, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating IT-related risks to ensure the security, reliability, and availability of IT systems and services.
• Business Continuity Planning: Developing and implementing strategies and plans to ensure the continuity of IT services in the event of disruptions or disasters.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as business units and senior management, to understand their IT needs and priorities, and effectively communicate IT initiatives and progress.

Desirable:

• SHE oriented
• ITIL Certification
• PMP/PMI Certification
