Performs administrative, managerial and professional work providing leadership, directing, planning, and organizing activities for assigned pharmacy sections. Formulate policy and institute models that promote medication safety in all aspects of the medication management process in assigned pharmacy sections.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Education
Pharm D. / Master’s Degree in Pharmacy and Pharmacy Residency program from an accredited College of Pharmacy after completion of Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy is required.
Experience Required
Ten (10) years of related experience in a tertiary care setting, including four (4) years of experience in Senior / Supervisor or Managerial capacity in a large, complex hospital, health care institution or related health care organization with Pharm D. / Master’s Degree is required.
