Head Chef Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in creating high-quality, authentic Persian dishes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Development: Create diverse and innovative menus that reflect our commitment to quality and authenticity.
• Kitchen Operations: Manage food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
• Staff Management: Train, mentor, and lead a team of kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to maximize profitability.
• Culinary Trends: Stay updated on the latest culinary trends and incorporate seasonal ingredients into the menu.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Promotional Events: Collaborate with management to create promotional events and special menus.

Requirements:

• Culinary Experience: Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role, preferably in Persian or Middle Eastern cuisine.
• Culinary Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Persian cooking techniques, spices, and traditional dishes.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Culinary Education: Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Creativity: Passion for food and creativity in menu development.
