Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef, located in Jeddah. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, recipe development, and the consistent execution of delicious and visually appealing dishes. The role involves ensuring kitchen safety and sanitation standards, managing inventory, and selecting quality ingredients. The Head Chef will also be responsible for mentoring and training kitchen staff, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining a high standard of food presentation.
