We're looking for passionate, high-spirited individuals to join the pre-opening team at Kimpton Riyadh, the very first Kimpton hotel in the Middle East.


About Kimpton Riyadh


Located in King Abdullah Financial District, Kimpton Riyadh is the first Kimpton in the Middle East, bringing the brand’s playful energy, infectious personality, and unique design style to this LEED certified landmark development. The hotel welcomes guests to experience its 212 guest rooms and suites and unique dining options.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Client Interaction: Handling guest and client inquiries efficiently and courteously.
  2. Sales and Marketing: Developing and attracting meeting and event business to achieve hotel targets.
  3. Event Coordination: Coordinating all details for events, including food and beverage, IT/AV equipment, and entertainment.
  4. Follow-Up: Following up on all inquiries and preparing proposals.
  5. Team Collaboration: Working closely with operational departments to ensure guest requests are met.
  6. Administrative Duties: Performing general office duties to support sales and marketing.
  7. Customer Service: Enhancing the guest experience with high-level knowledge and attentiveness.
  8. Compliance and Standards: Ensuring compliance with hotel rules and regulations.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.


What we need from you:


  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration
  2. Two to Three years’ prior tenure in a similar role
  3. International luxury hotel chain background
  4. GCC exposure
  5. English Fluency is required; Arabic Fluency is preferred
