Cross-reference specialized dictionaries and translation tools to check quality of translation.
Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy.
Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs.
Edit content with an eye toward maintaining its original format (e.g. font and structure).
Network with field experts to stay current on new translation tools and practices.
Assist with the application process of entry and residence visas, work permits, and other related certificates for newly hired SANAD employees, ensuring renewals as required.
Coordinate the processing of sponsorship transfer in cases of TCN and expatriate employees hired locally and apply for the change of profession in the work visa.
Arrange visas for short-term visits for staff who are required to travel on official assignments to other countries for business purposes.
Support other SANAD departments in obtaining licenses as required (e.g. conferences, events).
Communicate to senior management any changes in regulatory guidelines and procedures with respect to visa issuance, residency issuance, passport renewal, and obtaining licenses in order to ensure smooth procedural implementation of these requests.
Coordinate the process of obtaining exit visa for repatriated employees.
Assist employees in the application, registration, and renewal for driving licenses.
Maintain proper record keeping of correspondence regarding all government-related matters such as visas, passport renewal, residence visas, licenses, and follow up to ensure efficient turnaround/processing.
Qualifications
A minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Mandatory: Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
