Responsibilities:
Design Marketing Collateral: Develop visually engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and banners to promote the academy's programs and initiatives.
Digital Media Design: Create captivating graphics for our website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertisements to attract and engage our target audience.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent adherence to the academy's brand guidelines across all design materials to maintain a professional and cohesive image.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and other team members to synchronize visual content with marketing and communication strategies.
Event Support: Design materials for culinary events, workshops, and other academy-related activities to enhance the overall experience and promote our culinary education programs.
Illustration and Photography: Produce original illustrations and edit photographs as required to enhance visual content.
Storytelling through Design: Develop visuals that effectively convey the academy's message, vision, and mission to resonate with the target audience.
Feedback and Improvement: Actively seek feedback from team members and stakeholders to continually improve the quality of design work and its alignment with the academy's goals.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the non-profit or educational sector.
Passion in photography.
Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Visme, etc.
Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail in the field of culinary arts and cultural heritage.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a diverse team.
Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
A comprehensive portfolio showcasing previous design work and alignment with the academy's mission.
A genuine appreciation for culinary arts and an understanding of the food industry are preferred.
