Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Creative Designer to join our creative team. This role involves managing the full design process, from gathering client requirements to delivering high-quality 2D visualizing designs. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong artistic vision, technical expertise, and the ability to execute designs under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Collect order requirements through all direct and indirect client communication channels.
• Process orders by accurately defining the materials required for products and creating 2D designs.
• Design and develop small and large-scale products related to core company offerings.
• Follow up and update order statuses, collaborating with teammates to finalize orders and gather feedback.
• Execute 2D designs, illustrations, tracing, layout, printing, photo editing, and photography tasks.
• Report directly to the Art Director and generate comprehensive reports.
• Adaptable and quick learner, capable of creatively applying any style or theme to physical products.
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Two years related degree and minimum 6 years in graphic design department or 2 years in product design role or freelancing works.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Possess strong conceptual skills, with a keen eye for design, layout, and typography, offering a diverse range of design solutions.
• Strong artistic mindset, capable of creatively mixing physical materials to achieve unique product designs.
• Experience in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, and Fusion 360 is a plus.
