Description
This position is at a servicing level, maintaining client relationships. It will typically involve management of large, midmarket, and SME accounts, providing the products and services our clients require. It also has responsibility for coordinating with other teams and functions within H&B to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
The Role
- Responsible for compliance of all activities on assigned accounts.
- Coordinates with the placement team to develop relationships with markets used for client placements.
- Manages assigned portfolio of Government Accounts and ensures delivery of required services to clients as the client service manager.
- Ensures that roles and responsibilities concerning Government client service are understood and communicated.
- Maintains direct contact with clients as agreed with the service delivery model.
- Ensures the Government is fully informed of revenue and margin requirements to deliver an agreed level of service to clients and supports clients in meetings to this end.
- Maintains effective communication with Government client account managers on any Government accounts.
- Supports in meetings with clients as required.
- Implements compliance systems following the WTW Excellence Framework.
- Maintains interaction with Placement and Operations teams.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree level education.
- Minimum Cert CII qualified, working towards higher CII qualifications.
- IFCE certified.
- Minimum 3 years insurance experience including at least 2 years managing major clients i.e. multi-national companies, or those in industry specialism e.g. Energy, Aviation, Marine etc.
- Experience in delivering high level of services to clients.
- Broad knowledge of local insurance markets in own country, and working knowledge of international insurance market.
- Detailed technical knowledge of insurance policies in areas appropriate to own business unit.
- Median level IT skills (Microsoft Office suite).
- Skilled in use and management of broking systems appropriate to own office.
- Cross Selling, Client Relationship Management, Time Management.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, verbal and written.
