Conduct legal analysis and research on various legal matters of the client or the organization.
Provide advice on different legal issues and assist in drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and other briefing documents.
To be actively involved in preparing and drafting different acts and legal submissions and draft authoritative legal opinions as well.
Conduct legal research by utilizing various resources and selecting the relevant material to analyze the legal information.
Review legal risks involved in various business deals and share the same with the management.
Participate in handling litigation/litigious matters, provide legal consulting and legal opinions, and help resolve disputes.
Coordinating projects related to Governance activities Participating in establishing/Reviewing Committees procedures manuals.
Assists in monitoring the conformance of the Board and the Committee to applicable regulations, reviewing the company corporate governance, and determining the regulations, legislations.
Participating in establishing/Reviewing Committees procedures manuals.
Work with Data Privacy, Compliance, and Data Management team on data privacy law issues.
Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of KSA Law and Labor Law
Communication skills (negotiation, expressing, presenting precisely, verbally in writing)
Deep knowledge of management, legal general knowledge
Good understanding of industry, processes structures
Good negotiation conflict resolution skills
Very good written and oral communication skills in English Arabic
